Josh Blanchard, Lance Lorfeld Win PBA Bowlero Lynnwood Northwest Titles

Lynnwood, Wash. – Josh Blanchard of Mesa, Ariz., defeated non-member Cameron Weier of Seattle, Wash., 211-198, to win the PBA Bowlero Lynnwood Northwest Open at Bowlero Lynnwood on Sunday.

Prior to the championship match, Blanchard defeated non-member Duncan Whitaker of Poulsbo, Wash., 277-236, while Weier advanced by defeating Robert Robinson of Yelm, Wash., 212-168. Weier earned $1,200 for second place, followed by Whitaker and Robinson earning $850.

Blanchard earned $2,000 for first place and scored his twelfth PBA Regional tour title.

In the companion PBA50 Bowlero Lynnwood Northwest Open, Lance Lorfeld of University Place, Wash., defeated John Gould of Yuba City, Calif., 222-212, for his first PBA50 Regional win and $1,200 first place prize.

In the PBA50 semifinal round, Lorfeld eliminated Erik Hohlbein of Auburn, Wash., 214-194, and Gould defeated Randy Macomber of University Place, Wash., 204-203. Gould earned $700 for second place. Hohlbein and Macomber each earned $500 as semifinal round losers.

Brian grew up in New York before moving to Phoenix, AZ in 1991. As a Level 1 and RVP USBC coach, he can be found coaching his wife Amber and their son Masen each Saturday morning. Hirsch currently has (6) 300’s and (4) 800’s and is a member of the International Gay Bowling Organization where he is a five-time IGBO Champion and a six-time Arizona State Grand Canyon State Games Medalist. The Hirsch’s moved to Wisconsin to be closer to family and assist the Freedom Farm for Vets. Hirsch’s home bowling center is Sheridan Lanes, located in Kenosha, WI.
